Nigerian hip-hop singer, human right activist, and political maverick, Eedris Abdulkareem in a new interview with Goldmyne TV lambasted fellow artistes, Mr. Eazi and Davido. He condemned Mr Eazi for saying he brought the “Ghanaian sound to Nigeria” and Davido for his criticism of Dele Momodu, the publisher and CEO of Ovation Magazine.
At the time, Davido had taken a swipe at Dele Momodu, via the remix of Humblesmith’s “Osinachi” over the latter’s intrusion on his issues with his baby mama, Sophie Momodu (Dele Momodu’s Niece).
Eedris recently released a single entitled “Trouble Dey Sleep”, which addressed a number of current and political issues in Nigeria.
