Popular Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti has also taken to Twitter to give his own take about the trending discussion on Yahoo Boys.
The debate and discussions which erupted after men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) raided Club 57 in Lagos and arrested about 12 suspected internet fraudsters.
The debate about this issue which became viral after Nobel Igwe, a fashion enthusiast reacted by calling Yahoo boys fraudsters who are armed with laptops.
His opinion has since drawn criticism from other people including Seun Kuti who took to calling yahoo boys fools.
According to him, it is stupid of them to scam a white man and still end up spending the money on materials made by the same white man.
Seun Kuti wrote on Twitter;
”Wetin yahoo boy dey take money do? No be to buy expensive white man things? Lol. If they weren’t busy buying White man drink but building their communities maybe just maybe, I will see dem but I don’t.
Steal white mans money and the only way u can express that wealth is too seek validation by consuming the most expensive white man things and u say u are a Gee? All Yahoo boys are Mugus for whitey still, dem be learner. Wait that 100k u used 3 months to set the job how long did it take Gucci to collect it back?
MUGU. Until we can express our success outside of white validation thru their brands and luxury items of status and class, U STILL BE MUGU.”

Seun Kuti, Afrobeat musician, and Son of the late Afrobeat legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has reacted to the ban of codeine by the government. He revealed that the ban that has just been imposed on the importation of codeine, an addictive ingredient in cough syrup will not be effective.
Seun Kuti, who is an award-winning Afrobeat musician said this via his Twitter handle in reaction to the ban on the production of codeine-containing syrups in Nigeria. According to him, the ban would not only be ineffective but will only help drug dealers to make more money out of the new development.
He also revealed while taking a cue from the ban on marijuana popularly know as Igbo on the street that despite that fact that Igbo is a banned product, one can still find it everywhere.
In his tweet, he wrote,
“Igbo (marijuana) has been banned since forever (unjustly) but e still dey everywhere. The reactionary ban of Codeine by the FG only means drug dealers will make more money from it. It can’t affect supply. #Bigpharma”.

Afro-pop music sensation, Tclassic reveals in an interview with Punch newspaper that he his not intimidated by popular artists Wizkid and Davido.
He further revealed that the ongoing competition in the music industry doesn’t intimidate him on any level as he declared confidently during the interview that no one can intimidate him in this thriving industry, not even the likes of Wizkid or Davido.
The fast-rising act, Tclassic, better known as a ladies’ man, added that his new material which is due for release in a few weeks to come will sweep many off their feet and those who undermine his musical abilities and underrate his music career may continue to do so to their peril.
The suave budding artiste also went further to Speak on what his fans should expect from him, “I know what is expected of me and I am not shying away from that. At the moment, I am working with my producer to give my fans something special. No one is big in the music industry to intimidate me”, he said.
The young artiste who is signed under the label, Mix Naija Entertainment, MNE said that he would not allow pressure that comes with being famous prevent him from being famous as he had come of age as a professional singer.
